Terms and Conditions for CubaHeal Academic Degree Certification Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Academic Degree Certification Service (“Service”) provided by CubaHeal Medical (“Company”). By using this Service, you (“Applicant”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to graduates from recognized Cuban academic schools. The Applicant must provide accurate and truthful information to be eligible for the Service.

3. Service Description

The Service involves the authentication and certification of the Applicant’s academic degree by MINREX (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) in Cuba. This certification verifies the authenticity of the degree for global recognition and employment purposes.

4. Application Process
   • The Applicant must complete the application form and provide all required documents.
   • CubaHeal Medical will review the application and documents for completeness and accuracy.
   • CubaHeal Medical will submit the physical original documents to MINREX for authentication and certification.
   • The certification process duration may vary based on the completeness of the application and the processing time of MINREX.

5. Documentation
   The Applicant is responsible for providing
   • Original medical degree certificate and a copy.
   • Additional supporting documents such as transcripts, internship certificates, and identification documents.
   • Any required translations of documents, if applicable.
6. Fees
   • The Applicant agrees to pay the fees associated with the Service. Fees are non-refundable once the certification process has commenced.
   • The fees cover the following:
     • Processing of documents
     • Translation Services
     • Submission to MINREX
     • Certification fees
     • Administrative costs.
     • Delivery services
   • Please be advised, the cost for such service is as follows:
     • MINREX Certified Academic Degree: $2,100.00 Canadian Dollars
     • MINREX Certified additional academic documents: $840.00 Canadian Dollars

7. Responsibilities
   • The Applicant must provide accurate and complete information and documents.
   • The Applicant must promptly respond to any requests for additional information or documentation.
   • CubaHeal Medical is responsible for handling the certification process with MINREX and keeping the Applicant informed of the progress.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
   • CubaHeal Medical will process the Applicant’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws
   • The Applicant consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal data for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
   • CubaHeal Medical will use reasonable efforts to ensure the timely processing of the certification. However, CubaHeal Medical is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including processing times at MINREX
   • CubaHeal Medical is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Applicant, or the decisions made by MINREX.
10. Termination
    CubaHeal Medical reserves the right to terminate the Service if the Applicant fails to comply with these Terms, provides false or misleading information, or engages in fraudulent activities.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cuba. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuba.

12. Amendments
    CubaHeal Medical reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Applicant and will take effect immediately upon such notification.
