Admission Support for Scholarship Students in Cuba

Dear International Student,

CubaHeal recognizes that applying to Cuban academic programs can be a challenging and complex process for international students approved for scholarships and bursaries. Due to the high volume of requests for CubaHeal’s assistance, we are pleased to offer the following dedicated services to support you through every step of your application journey:

Exclusive Services for Scholarship Students:

1. Submission of the STUDENT APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO A UNDERGRADUATE MEDICAL PROGRAM: This includes the submission of all required documents. We’ll guide you through the entire admission process to ensure you get accepted into a Cuban academic program.
2. Forwarding University Approval: Once approved, we’ll send you your university acceptance letter.
3. Academic Records Certification: We help you obtain and certify your academic records through the Cuban embassy in your country.

Important Information and Requirements Prior to Proceeding in applying into a Cuban Academic Program:

1. CubaHeal does not assist in obtaining a scholarship/ grants or financial aid
   
2. Please note that the Cuban scholarship program ended in October 2010.
3. We will only assist students who have already been granted a scholarship by their own governments or by a private entity. Please do not fill out the form unless you have official confirmation from your government/ private entity that you have been granted a scholarship.
   
4. We will only proceed after the student complete the STUDENT APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO A UNDERGRADUATE MEDICAL PROGRAM
5. Within the application, you are required to upload clear images of your high school diploma, and passport copy.
6. The service for CubaHeal services is $550.00 CAD dollars. The service fee will only be refunded if the student is denied entry into the requested Cuba academic program

Submission Time Frames:

1. Arrival date in the Republic of Cuba: August 30, 2024.
2. International Sanitary Control: Week of Sept 1-7, 2024.
3. Beginning of the academic year: September 16, 2024.
